I loved the pencil lipstick I had…

I loved the pencil lipstick I had ordered from them. It took a while to arrive, but the customer care was helpful to me.
Unfortunately, after a short use, my lipstick broke in two and I can't even get the rest of it which is inside the long metal tube.
I won't buy from them again.

A*** eye liner!

Love love love the eye products. The waterproof eye liquid liner is one of the best I’ve used, literally doesn’t budge for 24 hours, is actually harder to take off than put on :)

The items I ordered came damaged and…

The items I ordered came damaged and even after emailing the company a ridiculous amount of times, they’ve still decided to ignore me. Will definitely not order again.

They need to address their issues or close down.

Good products, if you can get them. Buying online or from their app is much cheaper than buying in any of their stores. The stores are tiny and set up odd and usually it’s full of young girls playing with test samples so you can barely fit in the shop anyway. However, they say express shipping but it’s actually a 10 day or more weight. You be made orders online with them for years and it’s always been that way. They need to be honest on their website and app. I got KIKO kiss of £10 because I do order a lot, additional I got a free item in my last order. All of this much have been to overwhelming as that order never arrived. The delivery company said KIKO never even gave them the package even though KIKO and the delivery company both emailed me saying the order would be here days ago. So I have no idea what the problem is. I’ve asked for a call back but no call. I’ve requested a refund or any acknowledgment from customer service but I’m being ignored. They’ve even read my Facebook messages but won’t respond.

Would choose no star if there was a…

Would choose no star if there was a choice. I ordered three eyeshadows which arrived today. All three were just a crumbled mess. No choice but to bin. Very disappointed.

Express delivery is a scam. 15 days and still awaiting…

I paid for express delivery (3-5 working days). It’s 10 working days later and I’m still awaiting my order and an answer to the 3 complaints I sent. Never again, the products are not worth it anyway.

Terrible, don’t care if you get your orders or not

Not sure who is the scammer, them or their delivery company.
However whoever uses Skynet to drop off their orders cannot care whether the customer gets it or not. False claims of one attempted delivery, can be proved via camera they didn’t turn up, least of all 7.45am!!! Then they want money to redeliver!

Only ordered as my mother in law wanted something for her birthday, well done you’ve ensured she doesn’t have her gift here, the only good thing is we paid via PayPal.

If they’re a genuine company then they must lose thousands using this joke of a delivery company. We ordered weeks ago.

Will never trust them again. First and last time.

Ordered from the UK online website - never again

Ordered from the UK online website - do not do it. It seems to be a scam either from the Kiko UK website or courier, not too sure which.

I waited weeks for my products and stayed in for the re-deliveries when I missed them. Nothing came. I requested a refund via customer service and they did this quickly and professionally.

However, I keep getting calls and voicemails from 'Skynet delivery' asking me to pay to re-deliver my items.

I think it is a complete scam. I've now blocked the number and will not be buying online from them again

Don't buy from KIKO UK!!!
I would give minus 5 if I could. After waiting for weeks for my delivery, it was sent to the wrong address and when I eventually received it, the 5 mascaras I ordered had been replaced with ones that were several pounds cheaper. Ive emailed them countless times and they don't respond. The UK branch are a SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Not sure I would order online again, prefer to buy in store

I ordered my products 05/06/22. Just under two weeks later and they have arrived and all is as expected.
I came to Trustpilot to read reviews after delayed delivery emails, and other emails that I couldn’t make sense of, including one sent in a different language. I was horrified and got myself ready for a very long wait for my order.
Initially I had a query about the delivery address, as I had made sure it was correct on ordering but the confirmation email gave an address missing details. The person who replied got the total wrong end of the stick, and told me if the delivery address was wrong, I could refuse the order on delivery and then place it again. Odd. In actual fact another email gave the correct address I had entered, rather than the wrong one displayed initially.
A few days later I emailed them about the delay, as on trying to track the parcel on the website there were two places you could enter the information, but both had different updates! I was told I would just have to be patient and wait, and that they were sorry.
I was quite pleased when the order arrived not long after this and consider myself lucky based on others experiences. I did get emails regarding delivery throughout.
My daughter had wanted the Green Me mascara in brown, which they didn’t sell in our local Kiko store. The shop staff happily recommended buying online with no mention of all the issues people experience.
I may consider buying from Kiko again, possibly but it was annoying that you have to spend a minimum of £15. I’m not sure I would be confident enough to want to run the gauntlet of delivery again. I don’t think delivery has been too bad, but have I just been lucky?
